oxidative stress test
Test OVERVIEW
Being able to track wellness parameters is nothing new and finding out if you should be tracking these items starts with your first test. Using a test you can track your wellness based on 9 parameters: vitamin C, magnesium, calcium, salinity, oxidative stress, pH, hydration, ketones, and protein. If your levels all come back normal, once every 3 months is all that's necessary, but if 1 or more is off you will need to start checking much more frequently.

WHY

Testing and tracking these levels should become a priority to every serious athlete.
